The Romanyuk Wedding

I think it’s about time I finally post this beautiful September wedding. I was hesitant to start photographing weddings on my own, but as soon as Julie messaged me, I knew I had to say yes. I love that we were able to become friends even before the wedding and also just found out we same the same birthday! How cool is that? Alex and Julie are so easygoing and always sharing contagious smiles. On their wedding, if details did not go as planned, these two still continued on with so much joy. The bride got ready, surrounded by her beautiful bunch of bridesmaids. Julie loves children and had many of her nieces, nephews, and kids from her daycare be a part of her day, as flower girls and ring boys. We took portraits at Mcmenamins Edgefield and then headed to Slavic Emmanuel Church in Oregon for the wedding. The ceremony and reception were sweet, filled with many friends, family, laughter, and stories. A wonderful way to end the day.
